Pros

Orbi offers great wi-fi connectivity throughout your home without any dead zones. Ghz wifi signals ranges between ~200-360mbps.

Netgear and great sellers make a great combination. Worth every penny. First review i have done on amazon.

Cons

Customer service for net gear is negative 3 billion. Abysmal, that's the most polite word i can use for netgears support. Its a pain, its overpriced, and competitors are much better in cost and service.

The orbi app is a pain to navigate and a lot of things you would think would be accessible in the app through a few layers of folders are well hidden. The app fools you to think that the internet speed of the satellites is 230 although it doesnt even ... Read More

Account page is useless only has address & email but bo where to change password. On their website, they give you a webpage to go to but it just redirects to netgear's main page. No way to reset your password unless you do a hard reset.

Quality

I love the reliability and the quality of wifi it provides.

I'm very happy with the orbi and it was easy to set up.

So, be warned, the ssids are all gonna be one in your future if you choose this product.

The diagrams about the product strongly imply that it does and i for one was surprised to find that it doesn't.

Price

The mesh wifi system is very affordable and the price was definitely a selling point for me.

Competitiveness

Got this to upgrade from a tplink router and wifi extender that was not covering my whole apartment.

Easy to install, multiplies the signal speed nearly 10 time what we got from competition .

My internet speed tests were consistently down between 20mbps to 75mbps and occassionally would run at 150mbps.
