The orbi system allows 4 different ssids. Because of the extra ethernet ports on the pro series it allows the flexibility to connect that way. All lan ports are very fast with wan/lan input up to 2.

The manual is pretty detailed on setup and configuration. To use some of the more advanced remote admin functions, you need the netgear insight app, and most of the non-basic functions require a paid subscription.

Cons

While it's marketed for small businesses, it lacks any sort of business level functionality. Other than manually inputting individual ip addresses the router interface does not have any of this!

Setting up the orbi satellite was equally frustrating. It comes with lots of frustration. I'm just disappointed that they put out a product that was so unstable.

Netgear support is an expensive subscription-only service. I'm not the person experiencing the issue alone. I hope they have updates soon not that i can actually do the updates as i can't get to my dashboard.

I could do lots of things with thjs at my home.

(linksys velop, gryphon, asus)none of them have enough wifi signal strength that can cover my house.

This is all web based like the traditional dlink routers of yesteryear.
