Pros

Powerline adapter allows you to connect your home's wi-fi to a garage's network. It also doubles as an adapter to connect a tv to the garage's wifi. You can also use it to connect to your home router.

The units have an extra outlet built in, which is a good thing since when they're plugged into the electrical outlet on the wall, they cover up *both* outlets. The only downside is that the top of the unit is just a little too big.

Cons

On wireless, speed tests are around 90mbps. The included two ethernet cables are a mere 3-ft long. You're better off just using wifi-based solutions.

Afci electrical breakers can mistakenly detect their usage as sparkling therefore tripping the breaker whenever you plug something into the adapter's built-in outlet.
