What a waste of money, time and mental sanity. The shape of this router is ridiculous. Very frustrating. More of my time wasted by others incompetence.
After researching the results, it's clear it's a hardware issue and needs replaced. I believe the hardware has malfunctioned or the firmware is bad.
Loved this router the first month. With amazon reviews, the starts are so misleading. Lack of support or concern from netgear has pushed me away from them.
Hardware is under a 1 year warranty, and they are not willing to move off that.
