Pros

Took less than 15min to setup. Was easy to setup with the app on my cell. Set up was a breeze.

Ac1740 is a big improvement. I really like how clutter free the plug in design makes placement compared to most extenders including my old orbi mesh satellite.

Cons

Almost non-existent. Absolutely worthless. Waste of money. Kind of frustration.

Not backing up the 12 month warranty, scamming people into buying a troubleshooting contract for a device that has clearly malfunctioned, is not a company i will ever do business with. No tech support after 90 days. Forces you to pay for expensive sup... Read More

It is very difficult to work with any other router and didn't seem compatable with the router i was provided. I had several devices that were on the extender network but would drop off and not reconnect to wifi at all.

The genie app for the c6300 is too smart to actually function. This makes the internet unusable. One button setup option is a complete lie.
