Pros

This extender works fantastic. Even works with zoom calls. Got the recommendation from my best friend.

The ex7000 and ex7300 are configured one wifi name and smart connect with 5g wireless to the router and 2. G/5g to the clients. The positional antennas really help in getting the best signal since the extender is practically on top of the router. The ... Read More

The increase in bandwidth is very noticeable and beneficial. No more problems streaming movies or being online. Now the signal is strong and steady enough to stream netflix or participate in a video call.

Cons

It also needs to be restarted weekly. The most comical part of the refund/replacement experience is that when you click on netgear's helpdesk emails to update the case, the server times out and sends an error message.

Although it has the netgear insignia it does not have thenetgear serial number. Big rip off. Time to find a new brand.

I bought this because my current extender started dropping internet connection and i had poor upload and download speeds.

Probably the easiest tech setup i've ever experienced, with unboxing to up and running within a matter of 10-15 mins.

Price

Works great, good product for the money.

I found the ex7000 on sale for $50 and had to have it.

Whether it was going to work with my current router (a non-netgear product) or not was a mystery, but i couldn't let that price pass me by.

Competitiveness

This extender was easy to install and boosted the wifi signal better than other products i’ve tried.
