Cons
Wi-fi connection is also insecure so no internet pages would load fully. Upon navigating the app it transpires that this model (wax204) isn't supported by the app. The inreface and features are rushed and not well thought out.
Highlights
Quality
If you want a no-nonsense and capable wap then i think this is the ideal product.
While setting it up here in the uk i used the uk adapter and then i only travelled with the european adapter.
However when you do this and click apply all that happens is that this window re-appears with the fields blank again.

Price
Very happy, price is fair and better access points than ubiquity in that price range
4g speed and coverage at a really good price.
The only drawback is that the unit was shipped without a power cable, which for the premium price was a bit disappointing.
However, it addressed the issue that i got it for, and for the dicounted price, i cannot complain much.
Competitiveness
My tp-link wireless access point had failed so a replacement was needed.
As a router it battles compared to my much more pricey 5-year old asus, but as an access point it is great.
This is a well-made product but it does have one glaring design flaw in my opinion!
It’s a doddle to install and the signal is quite good throughout the property.

Luckily i had a compatible spare power lead but had i not had one i would have returned the unit

Then restart and it should show in your network or router settings to get the correct static ip to continue the set up
