Cons
Both this listing and the manufacturer's own website and data sheet do a poor job of communicating the poe power requirements for the unit. This router needs to be restarted probably weekly, and even then delivers inconsistent behavior.

On that no tech support no email no phone numbers and you have to apparently download their app to set it up

Only negative for me was that the mounting bracket doesn’t appear to fit snug to the ceiling there is airspace that doesn’t allow for as clean of a fit as i hoped for
