Pros

The ability to assign names and icons to network devices (even ones that are not accessing the lan via the wireless access point) is a nice feature. The on-device web configuration is simple and the interface is well-designed.

Cons

Performance craters if you go into the next room, even if you're still less than 20ft away from the router. Pure pain and returned.
