Pros & Cons
Pros
I love the sleek, industrial design that makes it easy to add anywhere in the house. I'm not a fan of the included mounting plate, but it’s easy enough to bypass and mount without it. The mounting seemed a little loose after putting in the wall anchor... Read More

I recommend upgrading the firmware right off the bat since it seems folks have issues with the devices rebooting randomly until you upgrade it. Logs indicate solid uptime as well with minimal dhcp timeouts.
The webgui is clean looking and easy to navigate. While quite technical, i’m not a networking guy, so having an easy setup / configuration is really important.
Easy to setup and wifi coverage is good. Deployed one for home use after enough frustration with the tp-link omada ecosystem. If you need a wifi 6 access point for your home or small business, this is a good option.
Highlights

I replaced all my ap, some costing three times as much, with the wax214.
I will update this review with the results once done.
Shipping
Lots of features packed into it, and it's quite fast and seems reliable.
Competitiveness
I initially bought two of these to replace my aging ac1200 units i've had for 7 years.
I had used ubiquiti previously as well, both at home and at work.
At first i connected both the pc and the quest 2 to the 5ghz network of my router running wifi5.
