Quality
Just blend in with a sponge or could use a brush i suppose but i found better results with the sponge.
The product glides on easily but does not feel greasy.
Then, i decided to try twisting the opposite way- i heard a pop and then the product twisted upwards!
This is an illuminator that add highlights with the judicial fingertip application to areas that need lightening up.
Price
I have tried all sorts of highlighters ranging from high price designer ones to mass market drugstore ones, and this is amongst the best.
Packaging/appearance
I was so worried that my packaging was malfunctioning, because my product wouldn’t twist up like usual.

This one is a light shimmery color which looks good around the eyes and cheek bones

I can use this with a brush but mine wont turn and eject the product so i will have to return it

So if you use it under your brow you are going to have it cluster on small hairs you missed plucking your brows
