This is really close to lancome's eye makeup remover. My fav to take of eye makeup. The scent is nice, and the price isn't too bad.
Despite being oil-free, this effortlessly dissolves and lifts away even the most stubborn waterproof eye makeup. It removes all my eye makeup with no trace of makeup left behind.
No irritation, yet not too oily. Soothing & perfect for sensitive skin.
Cons
Just be leery when ordering liquid. Disliked product. The item is not returnable.
Oil-free, but leaves a heavy glycerin residue. Will not be repurchasing.
I have naturally oily skin, and this eye makeup remover made my skin feel even greasier than it already does. Advertises not oily, this is very oily! Even separates when sitting.
I suspect this product isn’t actually neutrogena. The product has a shelf life of 36 months. If they don't test their product, then that is a shame.
