Pros

Neutrogena's maybelline eyeliner is great value for the price. I highly recommend this eyeliner.

This eyeliner is the easiest to go on. It stays put. Don't leave the lid off though. It lasts all day and longer.

This is the only liner pencil i’ve found that stays on. Smooth and easy to use- comfortably draws lines without having to apply pressure and risk poking your eyes.

Even without mascara, it looks best. Only downside is that it doesn't come off with regular soap & water, so be sure you have a waterproof eye makeup remover on hand. For people with lighter complexion, this is a no-brainer product.

Cons

Make-up is softer than any eyeliner i've used, and it's hard to get a fine straight line on the lower lid. The only way i can think of fixing it is to extend the lead even further, and sharpen with a makeup pencil sharpener.
