Quality
My only gripe with the product is the scent as it is very distinctive and i don't like it.
Brought this product as a gift and the recipient is very impressed with the results
Just the scent could be a bit better, but in reality that is not so important.
Price
I've been using this product for many years and regularly buy from amazon when the price is good.
The smell is awful and it will stain towels and flanels etc, but it works and at this price was a bargain.
Packaging/appearance
Was told to use for 10 minutes before washing off.
My only criticism is the scent is very strong, probably to mask the medicated aroma.
Competitiveness
Great brand for dandruffy hair and cheaper than shops/ pharmacies!
It does exactly what its says and really do not have a second thought because of the price.
