Im 56 and 170lbs with good power in my hand but never really went 100 on the bag with either hand

After about a month of training 3 or 4x a week doing about 8 rounds on the bag almost a 14 of the filling settled toward the bottom half

When i unpacked it for the repack i found lots of sharp ground up plastic button pieces from the cheap ground up recycled clothing they used for the filling
