Pros & Cons
Pros
It's got an outer and inner sheath. It's thick, stiff, and tough. Good jacket cover.
Cons
The conductors inside of this cable are actually aluminum, coated by a small cladding of copper. This cable is not solid copper and would never meet the certifications required to be ul listed as cat5e.
The cable just kinks up inside of the box every few feet. Also the cable fails to certify on runs longer than 100 feet. Cat5e specification indicates that a 1g bit transmission length of 100 meters.
Highlights
Quality
Had a few problems with the pull through box, but was able to work around it with no problems.
I am very pleased with this purchase and will never cheap out again.
This is not a fault with the cabling!
Price
It is very durable and reasonable price
Great product, arrived on time and good price.
Competitiveness
Would buy this product and do business w/this company again.
I have transferred about 6tb of data over this line at full gigabit speeds, i haven't had any problems whatsoever.
