I'm left handed and there's no issues with the buttons whilst using it, and i don't have a use for the buttons anyway.
Given the cost and reputation of huion as a strong but budget tablet brand, i was very suprised at the quality of the product.
There was a problem with the usb adapters but the huion (for the amazon team) provided great support.
Price
I've used a couple of different tablets from different brands and can say that the performance for cost is fantastic.
The pen is also pretty good for the price, nice feel and works flawlessly.
