At least my fingers don’t feel like they’re being burned to death on the wasd keys while i’m gaming after the adjustment.
The lighting effects can be customized from the logo on the back of the screen to the keyboard separately.

There’s a light-up alienware logo and the number “15” in an aggressive, stenciled font on the lid.

After a ton of different tests that a dell support done and 10 minutes for her to check with her superiors they said it was fine since it is not constantly too hot

The cord and pc port are not properly angled

Pretty to look at but the keys will snap off if you sneeze on them and dell does not sell the hinges to reattach the keys according to their own tech support
