Pros

The shoe accepts a arch support or brace which fits into the base of the shoe. The arch fits just perfect. The roundness of the front, allows the toes to wiggle, which is important to avoid numbness or cramping of the toes.

They loosen up in a short time. They provide good support and cushion from uneven or rocky ground. I always do a quick prayer when i open them that this will be a good pair.

Cons

She has a bunyan and these hurt. They pinch the toe area of my feet. This shoe feels as if there is no padding in thetoe area at all.
