Pros

Shoe is very supportive yet provides needed cushioning. The heel on both fits properly with a heel lock lace. My only issue is the laces are way too long.

New balance continues to lead the field for us wide-footed folks. A very well made and well-performing running shoe. These, are some of the best shoes that nb ever made.

Cons

When the shoe flexes at the toes, flexes really hard, so that it cause a sharp pinch on the top part of my foot. To relieve that tightness, the shoe needs to be tied loose enough that the heel slips.

A cross-training shoe mislabeled as a running shoe. The shoe doesn't feel like a new running shoe should, either - it isn't springy. It's not because the shoe isn't laced up either!

I used to buy the beast, but they cheated out this year with no support.

Well constructed and the "stiffness" i didn't care for as a running shoe provides a solidness and comfort for these other uses.

Price

Excellent bang for the buck as for as what you pay for comfort.

But these last purchases seem to be a cheaper quantity.

The v2’s were totally different and really should not even be called 1012’s.

Size was not consistent with other brands.
