Pros
Very happy with quality and practicality of this shoe. Especially the top strap otherwise everything is good. It fit more like a regular width and a wide width was needed.
The velcro straps are what sold me and they hold up well. Like the velcro closures so far.
Cons

New balance is a company that prides itself on products being made in america. It seems the wrong place to take a shortcut in production expense, if that was the intent. This started a couple of weeks ago, so it aint returnable.
