Pros

The shoes are comfortable and durable. Super comfortable and protects my heel. As a dad in my 40s, i consider myself the target customer for this shoe.

Cons

Nb's 623 v3 is one of the worst shoes i've ever worn. The toe comes apart from the seam after wearing just a few dozen times. The rubber not holding on the front of the shoe and feels like air bubbles under the heel.
