Pros

Great cushioning and adequate stability. These didn't disappoint at all. Extra cushion helps my back.

Using engo blister patches (found here on amazon) can extend the life of the lining and cover over worn spots. Try to order the wider version to give you toes more space. The material is soft enough not to put too much pressure on my toes.

Cons

The fresh foam stack is too thick/high. Clearly a defective product and made overseas. Tried to chat with an agent on new balance. I will try to get them repaired locally.

The collar and heel rub weird on my foot. The redesign puts a lot of cushion around the ankle, but i found it chafing.

Very good arch support and light weight and feel better.

Perfect support for high arches , and well cushoined.

Both pairs have holes through the lining after a few months of wear.

Overall, these are great shoes at a fair price.

This particular size and color was also on sale and immediately got it.

In addition the price point isn't bad and you can catch on sale often.

Competitiveness

The price tag was a little high for my taste but compared to other brands not bad.

Seem to have better lateral support than the more cushioned v13, so i bought a couple of pair as spares while the v12s are still available.
