It fits the shape of my feet better than most of my other shoes (keen, rockport, kuru, etc.

Sadly, these are sized differently than the nb 608.

I got the 4e and they are not as wide as 4e of another brand i often get.

This is for people with straight lasted feet and need extra wide versions (the opposite of nike which is a curve lasted shoe).
