Pros & Cons
Pros
Overall, this is a great shoe that i would highly recommend. This version hits all the marks. Will definitely buy again.
These shoes are light on the feet so that you can turn your feet over quickly. If you know how to tie a runners knot then they work great. Used to run in vans.
They have the same fuelcell foam as new balance’s supercomp race lineup, but have a thermoplastic polyurethane (tpu) plate in them. It feels like there is slightly less toe drop and more lateral stability despite having a thicker midsole. My normal da... Read More
Cons
There isn't much top clearance in the toe box area and i often find my toes to be raw feeling after wearing them for several hours. Historically new balance has been a fierce competitor at this price range, this is a complete disappointment.
Highlights
Quality
Very well made and comfortable for my normal 15w left foot.
My first impressions of these shoes are: well made, light, cushiony and stylish.
I have severe scoliosis but with these shoes and a pair of shoe lifts i haven’t felt this good in a very long while.
You can see how the outsole is showing very little wear on the propel v4 against my go to hoka bondi 8’s in the latest pictures.
Price
I saved $30 by selecting the gray color.
The best affordable running shoe on the market !
They also don’t have the steep price like a race shoe which was attractive!
Shipping
The price is good and the delivery is quick.
Packaging/appearance
It looks great with gym clothes or a little more grooming, jeans and a cardigan and would definitely be recommended to anyone w... Read More
Competitiveness
This fuelcell propel v4 fits great and lasts as long as some of the more expensive brooks and hoka models while providing a better value.
That said, it makes the supercomp trainer v2 with more cushioning and the energy arc carbon fiber plate even more interesting a... Read More
Needless to say i’m never going back to another brand for running shoes.
Wasn't really in the market for a new pair of shoes, but i couldn't pass up the deal on these.

Because of metatarsalgia on my right foot they are pure unadulterated torture

If you examine the shoe the removable inner sole is padded but thin and stiff no doubt as a complement to the underlying plate sitting on a hard surface which is covering a padded but stiff tpu plate a cheaper alternative to a flexible carbon fiber one

The plate seems to end at the forefoot where you would expect some comfort which it definitely did not deliver for me
