Hiked 3 miles in phoenix rocky trails yesterday. It depends on the foot/heel shape, but i don't find any part of them uncomfortable.

Fit well and rock plate works as expected.
These shoes are on my list of being one of the most comfortable shoes i’ve owned.
I love them, should better get another pair before they are discontinued.

Put them on straight out of the box didnt untie them just slipped them on and went
