I immediately replaced the insoles on the shoes with custom-fit replacements and have no experience with the 'stock' insole.
I purchased doctor recommended inserts to go with the shoes.

He has worn nb since being in the usaf.

(for running i have a pair of nb ultra-light trainers).
I bought these in may of 2018 to complement my white pair of the same model.
If they looked better i would give them 5-stars.

Overall prettu satisfied howeverthe lacing holes at the top part of the shoe are horrible way too small for even the lace tip to poke through
