Pros

I find they are great to use as my knockabout shoes. They are comfortable and the velcro holds up. Except for a small reflective patch on the back, they're all black.

Cons

The toe box is too low for my foot because i require an aftermarket thickly padded insole. My metacarpals are sore af and the sides of my feet get rubbed badly. This is my 4th pair of the same shoe, but this one disappoints me.

The upper velcro strap is too short by 1. The velcro on the straps doesn't go the length of the strap and so i have to tighten it more over my instep to secure it properly. Very disappointed in nb.

They have always been good quality and lasted for me.

This my third pair of new balance shoes after years of rockports and they are excellent.

Stitching comes out and leather pieces start coming apart within 3 or 4 months and i have to glue them back over and over again.

After 4 months of heavy use the bottom layer of rubber is starting to peal off.

Amazon made a price adjustment, so kudos to customer service team.

Shoes, unlike other things ordered, were delivered on time.

Nice looking sneakers and so easy to take off and put on !

The velcro straps in these shoes also last longer than those in other shoes i've purchased.
