Cons

Whatever is the reasoning for new balance to cheapen their products it won’t work on this customer. The replacements have the same problem. These were bought as backup and too bad not tried on until now so not returnable.

It is very uncomfortable and it now decorates my wardrobe. The soles are lumpy. It looks dorky that the strap doesn't go all the way across.

Each strap that should go across the top only extends over about one inch of the velcro on each shoe. If they're not far enough across, the velcro won't catch, so often i only just barely reach the part that latches.
