The velcro closure is very helpful, because hip replacement has made it difficult for him to tie his shoes. The hook and loop (velcro) makes it fast and easy to get the shoe really tight as he recommends. Except the velcro is a little short.

Toe box width is good. Very comfortable. I ordered the larger size.

This shoe design is terrible from the standpoint of actually being worn. Toe bed is too tight and presses on toes. The so called leather is hard and stiff, these soles are lumpy.

A true ripoff. Please advise. All i can say is beware! Buy another shoe somewhere else.

The shoes that are made in usa are different than their imported version. These were bought as backup and too bad not tried on patient until now so not returnable.

Straps are too short to reach velcro part. It looks dorky that the strap doesn't go all the way across. Maybe they think a regular width strap is enough for xw.
