Cons

New shoes are wrongly sized as 8. I get only a half inch or so of engagement, which wont hold squat. Stay away from new balance if you are looking for extra wide shoes, the sizing is very missleading.

All i can say to any potential buyer is beware! This shoes feel very cheap. Was a waste of money. A disappointment for sure.

Straps are too short to reach velcro part. It looks dorky that the strap doesn't go all the way across. Maybe they think a regular width strap is enough for xw.
