Pros

These feel like walking on a cloud. These look and feel durable. Thanks amazon, i like these alot.

I re-ordered up 1 size to 12 w & they fit like a glove. Nb is the only shoe i can wear with comfort, yet still hard to find just the right fitting shoe.

Cons

The pain originates on my fifth metatarsal bone. The tongue is too short to curve up the ankle so it pokes into the front of the ankle. They run very slim and my toes were at the tip. But these shoe squeak constantly.

These shoes really disappoint. This shoe is simply disappointing. No more nb for me. The nb 411 v1 is so much better.

Returning within 10 minutes of trying on. Is there a way to contact amazon about this after the return window has closed?

I have four pairs of new balance size 13 (different models) and these are not of the same genre. Took me 5 tries to get ones that fit. Seems like the wrong size label was put in these shoes.
