Pros

New balance 624s are stiff at first but break in quickly. Not memory foam junk that many shoe manufacturers are using that breaks down fast. It is helpful to have a wide as a choice so ortho insoles can be added.

Cons

This shoe is very flat, has a different tread, and is not supportive. They look good but the insoles only lasted a few weeks. Had no heel form & serious sliding up andamp; down of the heel in the shoe.

The only reason i gave it a 2 rating is because of the fast shipping. Apparently new balance has a qc problem in certain models. No more nb for me.

Size width fit is smaller/narrower than listed. I agree with the other reviewer that questions why new balance has become so narrow. Beware they are not the same as they used to be.
