They run a little small toe box is very narrow i wear an 8 reg most of the time but will have to order a half size up and watch out for narrow toe boxes

Its not the white one but i wasnt going to be choosy because in general this style is hard to find because they dont make it anymore its the best support for what i need and the black color actually looks simular to a regular pair of shoes versus the white color which you know for sure its an athletic shoe youre wearing
