I am a wide width and it fits just right. True to size, ordered 10w and no problems.
Not a cushy insole but provides good support. Thank you, very satisfied.
Cons
Stiff and uncomfortable. No cushioning at all from the insole. They are shaped wrong for a wide foot. Would not recommend for anyone with a wide foor.
Called the nb store and also customer service about nytimes article. Have noticed a drastic change in quality the past several years.
