Pros
The nb 813 v1 hook and loop women's walking shoe is a very good replacement. I'm thrilled to say that the new shoes are even more comfortable! The shoes fit perfectly, and i couldn't be happier.
Cons
Amazon prime doesn't inspect returned merchandise at all. I feel it was from a rejected batch that did not come up to new balance standards or counterfeit. Careless manufacturing ruins the reputation of new balance.
The right shoe has a deep crease diagonally across the toebox, where my big toe is trying to break through the manmade upper. There is now a seam which is across the toes and causes friction and a blister. Had to return them due to the instep not fitt... Read More

The shoes are comfortable and the measurements were accurate so i am pleased with the fit.
I am totally happy with the shoe and will be ordering another pair shortly.
Shoe tying is overwhelming and tricky but i am very active.
Packaging/appearance
Had to order bigger size because my braces have to fit on the sides,that’s the reason for the wide width
