Pros

The nb 813 v1 hook and loop women's walking shoe is a very good replacement. The insole is removable which was very important. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Cons

Amazon prime doesn't inspect returned merchandise at all. I feel it was from a rejected batch that did not come up to new balance standards or counterfeit.

The right shoe has a deep crease diagonally across the toebox, where my big toe is trying to break through the manmade upper. There is now a seam which is across the toes and causes friction and a blister. Had to return them due to the instep not fitt... Read More
