Pros

The insole is removable which was very important. The velcro straps are a bonus. Recommended by my podiatrist.

Good deal on amazon. Shoe is well made. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.

The shoes fit perfectly, and i couldn't be happier. They fit perfectly and she loves them!

Cons

Had to return them due to the instep not fitting.
