Pros

I have neuropathy and these shoes are perfect for keeping steady on my feet. Little to no pain in my knees. They are really cute and comfortable, but i have a little bit of wiggle room in the toe area which makes the shoe feel a little loose.

New balance is a great brand that i have found to be very consistent with their quality and sizing. I am a true 8 and my previous new balances are an 8 as well. Comfort is essential to me and these were the best i’ve worn yet!

Cons

There is a seam in the shoe that sticks out and rubs against the knuckle of your toe. Dirty soles and scuffs on the heel and spots on the insole. Not enough support even with my orthotics.

May be a defected pair was delivered to me. The laces have extremely tight knots tied into the thin material making it hem impossible to get out or relace.
