The cup pads are removable, but i like having them in place. Support, made very well and not itchy. The xl fits true to the size chart.

The band that goes around the bottom is very thick heavy material i wonder if it was not so heavy if it wouldnt roll up as much or is it that its just a little small

I opted to take the pads out because it’s starting to get hot here but i’ll probably put them back in the winter time i like the option

The material is very comfortable and barely noticed i was wearing a sports bra other than the perfect support
