Pros & Cons
Pros
Shoe has a removable insert which is awesome if you need to use an ankle brace. My uninjured food fits the shoe with the insert and my injured foot fits without.
Cons
Shoe has a non-removable memory foam sole that is covered in nylon that might as well be satin. I run on a flat area, and i am still sliding all over inside this shoe, no matter how tight the laces are. Throwing them in the donation bin.
