Pros
New balance ww 928 is a great shoe for a pronator. The shoe fits well around the heel and is orthotic friendly. The pain goes away when standing or sitting so it must be that the toes move forward when i walk and do hit the toe of the shoes.
These sneakers are almost two years old and are beyond worth every penny. The black is still good looking with my slacks as far as wearing them to work. This wins the prize and i am so grateful.
Cons
They hurt my feet. They rub on my ankle. These shoes are stiff and offer no cushioning whatsoever. For the price of this shoe new balance obviously needs to exercise better quality control.

Quality is good, i just have really high arches and new balance has been a good shoe for this problem.
I was particularly happy with the price point of the black color.
Because of that, i can't comment on the quality of arch support.
Price
Yes, the price is high, but the price of feet in pain makes it worth it.
Packaging/appearance
I have also thrown them into the washing machine and air dried with good results.
Competitiveness
They also were able to fit a small insert in them which is need for my wife's feet.

Unfortunately i have worn them for almost a year and the soles started falling apart but they say u should change shoes every 6 months

Due to working on that kind of a floor unfortunately no shoe can take the wear and tear of concrete on a daily basis

I called new balance and they said their had been 2 upgrades to the the 926

Im going to look for deals so i can get another pair of 928 to hold on to
