Best charger i have used yet it revived a battery which older chargers did not and which i thought i would have to throw away put the questionable battery in the new charger and it immediately began to go through the charging cycle

I give it a fifth star because it was able to charge one of my old failed nicad batteries which would not charge at all on my old charger
