Pros

This always keeps away illness or lessens its effects. I take it all winter and it really helps. As soon as i feel a cold or flu coming on, i start taking these!

Each organic tablet contains 417% of the rda for vit c complex, & not just the 'empty' chemical ascorbic acid. Vit c and cal mag are the best vitamin c tablets that i could find.

Cons

Proctor & gamble is not an organic company and practices animal testing. This order was filled using an outdated product. The expiration date is nov 2015 for 180 pills.

This product is just ascorbic acid plus some food extracts. They are tricky about the wording, just like garden of life vitamin code raw vitamin c. The new formula contains eleuthero, also known as a cheap version of (siberian) ginseng.
