New chapter is a quality company i have trusted for many years. Another winner from this great company. Love this brand.

I occasionally get a burp that tastes a bit like nigella. They seem to be acting like a very gentle laxative with my system, like they've sped up the rate at which i digest food.

Easy-to-take gelatin capsules, good and fresh, and packaged in a bottle that keeps light from degrading them. No particular odor, and easy to *. They are clear gelcaps with a dark golden herbal material inside.
