Between it and hibiscus tea, my bp is not perfect but is much better than it was. It lowers the bp and helps with circulation problems. Bettered my lifestyle.

The blood pressure went down, he’s more relaxed, and the cough is gone. If i don't take my water pill and the bp take care, then the lower number usually hits 100!
