If there is any downside to this it's the cost ($25 a month), but i guess you can't put a price on good health, especially as we age.

I took these all winter (one a day) and remained virus free.

My box was crushed and the lid to bottle was broken.
My bottle also came to me with broken lid, but the bottle itself has a safety seal and i was able to use it.
Competitiveness
Previously, the elderberry i found most useful was the gnc version, where i see a noticeable difference after taking it.
There are some brands i've used that are completely useless.
I bought this because of the high reviews from consumer labs.
