The b vitamins included in this meet or exceed the rda. It has a complete ingredients of vitamins and minerals for men's health.
Most multivitamins overwelm my heartburn meds, and give me breakthrough heartburn. Tablets are swallowable with a neutral taste. I take this along with gnc product, but this was new to my regiment with a definite difference.

I reordered again a couple weeks ago and what shipped to me was 4 bottles that add up to the 96pcs, and each bottle had broken pills.
