Pros
Most multivitamins overwelm my heartburn meds, and give me breakthrough heartburn. The only problem is it works too good in making my hair and nails grows so fast.
Tried this brand on a whim. It's pricey, but well worth it. No one pays less for breakfast than i do, so it's a terrific value as well.
The most thoughtfully-designed multi on the market, from my vantage point. If i have an aphthous ulcer i take this one the ulcer clears up after a day.
The 40+ version has more support for prostate heath (saw pallmanto) it has a complete ingredients of vitamins and minerals for men's health.

Easy to swallow and no aftertaste or stomach discomfort.
This product is by all means the best you can take with out food and it works great you feel energetic and focused.
After 2 months of taking the pills, i feel the same, no changes, hope it helps in some ways.
My research before selecting these showed they are organic and non-gmo certified.
Price
I got it for a good price too (but still wish is was a bit cheaper).
Is a whole food type, hence the price.

Good seller, good package and very quick delivery.
I reordered again a couple weeks ago and what shipped to me was 4 bottles that add up to the 96pcs, and each bottle had broken pills.
Packaging/appearance
Tablets come in a tamper proof, easy open, sealed glass bottle.
I had ordered the 96pill count container and none came broken.
Competitiveness
This vitamin is much better than centrum or theragran-m which i started taking when i was about 20 years old.
The quality of this multi-vitamin is worth the additional expense versus other brands.

Its a large pill so its awkward to swallow sometimes but no larger than any others

While i feel it’s important to take a multi vitamin in the past they are either very expensive andor come with upset stomach symptoms or vitamin burps
