Recommended to my hair stylist and friends. I saw a review recommending plastic bottles - that person is obviously nutty! Found these and loved them. Thank you, amazon for allowing me to buy the new chapter multivitamin for women!

My perimenopausal symptoms are less since taking this. I usually take more magnesium bc my body reacts well to it.

They are easy to *. All the pills are there and they aren't broken, thank goodness! These pills are the truth.

Cons

Soy is notorious for making most women sick, as it causes havoc on the body. This has to stop, its inhumane. Terrible ingredients, wish i would have paid closer attention upon ordering.
